Here are our daily and weekly rates. If you stay one week, you will receive one day free!

Restrictions:

• $300 security deposit is required. Guests only have a confirmed reservation when we receive the security deposit and the guest has received a written confirmation from the Getaway. This deposit is refundable, if there is no damage to the property.
• Minimum stay is between two days and one week, depending on the time of the year. We do not rent the Getaway for one night.
• Cleaning fee is $60 - $70 depending on size of group.
• Cash and checks are accepted. Sorry, we do not take credit cards.
• Half of the total rental fee is due one month in advance. Two weeks in advance, the remainder is due.
• Only 9 guests may stay over night, no exceptions.
• Pets are considered and, if approved, a $40 pet fee will be charged per pet.
• Check in time is at 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Early or late check in may be available for a $25 fee.
• Primary guest must be an adult.

Cancellations:

• All cancellations are subject to a $50 re-booking fee.
• For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, guest will forfeit full security deposit, unless property can be rebooked.
• For cancellations within 72 hours of arrival, guest will pay FULL RENTAL FEES less security deposit. Guests understand that last minute cancellations generally render the property vacant that would otherwise have been leased.
