 Taxes are 6%. 

  • Cleaning Fee 150.00  

  • No extra person fee :)

  • Pet fee: 1 pet: $12 a night; up to 3 pets: $20 a night.

  • Refundable damage deposit $300. 

  • Minimum stay for June and July and first of August is one week. Winter and spring and fall are 3 to three night minimum.

Vacation Rental Insurance for Renters

Help protect non-refundable trip costs against cancellation due to sickness, bad weather, job loss and more.

 This is a per reservation policy and everyone staying at the rental would be insured. In other words, one fee covers everyone in your group staying at the Guntersville Getaway, if you purchase this insurance.
